livelihoods, strong understanding of necessary and sufficient conditions to support empowerment (for women, men, children, vulnerable households).
She has experienced in participatory evaluation approaches and tools for UNICEF and Matrix since 2001 Experienced in using participatory evaluation approaches and tools Gender framework analysis, Facilitation of Capacity Building across the sectors, Women and Child Rights, Logical Framework, Women Development, DRR and Management, Community Participation & Community Resource Mobilization, Human Rights Based Approach for Women and Children, women participation in private sector development, Gender Impact Studies in several projects, women's participation in the local bodies.
